Customers order and pay from your Instagram messages.
The assistant that takes your WhatsApp orders answers your Instagram DMs too. Someone sees your reel, messages you, orders, pays online from a button in the chat, and the order prints in your kitchen.
- Comment your word on a post, get a private message, order there
- Paid by card before you start cooking
- Same menu and same kitchen as WhatsApp and your website

From a comment to a paid order, in one chat.

Someone comments your word.
Your caption says "Comment ORDER". Anyone who does gets one private message from your shop. Nobody else sees it, and nobody gets it twice.
The order starts in their DMs.
They say hi and get your menu as photo cards they can swipe through, the same menu your WhatsApp and website use.
They type, tap or send a voice note.
Sizes, extras and sold-out items are handled like on WhatsApp. A voice note is transcribed and taken as an order. If the assistant isn't sure what it heard, it asks.
They pay from a button in the chat.
A summary to check, then a Pay button. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, straight into your own Stripe account.
The order prints in your kitchen, already paid.
They get a time to collect. You get the ticket, the same as every other order.
Three ways a customer starts an order on Instagram.
"Comment ORDER"
A comment with your word gets one private message that starts the order. Your posts and reels become a way to order.
A first tap, ready
Someone who opens a chat with you sees questions to tap, like "See the menu". One tap and the menu is in front of them.
Answers to your stories
A reply to your story reaches the assistant with the story it was about, so "is that back?" gets a proper answer.
What it handles in Instagram messages.
Voice notes
A voice note is written out and turned into an order, in English or the language the customer speaks.
Your whole menu
Sizes, extras and choices, the same as on WhatsApp. Something sold out on your kitchen tablet is sold out here too.
Opening hours
When you're closed or paused, customers are told when you open, and no order goes through.
You can step in
Open a chat on your dashboard and the assistant stops answering it, so you can talk to the customer yourself.
Photos customers send
A customer can send a photo of what they want. The assistant reads it, and you can see it in the chat on your dashboard.
One menu, three places
WhatsApp, Instagram and your own website take orders from the same menu, into the same kitchen.
Two things Instagram doesn't allow.
You can only reply.
Instagram doesn't let a shop message a customer first, so there are no promotions sent from Instagram. The chat is the customer's: they start it, you answer, and their order updates arrive in it.
To send offers to your regulars, use WhatsApp marketing.
They can't be sold in a chat.
That's Meta's rule. The assistant won't add an age-restricted item to an order on Instagram, just as on WhatsApp.
They can be sold on your own ordering website.
